  • Oversite of third-party service providers, primarily related to IT infrastructure as well as IT service delivery (help desk).

  • Maintain tickets in the service desk system and update internal knowledgebase

  • Escalate issues to external service providers, and participate in vendor management

  • Turnkey oversight, monitoring and administration of enterprise security

  • Oversight, configuration and administration of our ITSM and SM platforms (Fresh Service, Solar winds/N-Able, Bomgar, LMIP, etc.).

 Key functions include:

  • Help Desk/Service Request Management

  • Asset Management

  • Secure/monitored remote access for technical assistance. 

  • Change Process Management

  • System imaging and configuration management

Responsible for oversight of all enterprise and premise infrastructure/systems including:

  • Server, desktop and network hardware
  • Advanced Windows Server implementations (all versions)
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. 
  • Experience with Single Sign On technologies would be ideal, specifically related to premised-based AD and Office 365

Hyper-V and VMWare

  • Working knowledge of Azure or AWS would be beneficial, but not required

  • Enterprise Networking including:

    • Advanced knowledge of firewall configuration and rule sets, monitoring and management

    • Layer 2-3 switching including VLANs, Radius and Port Security (HP and Meraki)

    • LAN/WAN configuration including routing

  • VPN/SDWAN including both site-to-site and client-based

  • Enterprise WiFi (Meraki)
    • Fundamental understanding of DNS and other web services include FTP/SFTP, etc.

  • Turnkey support and administration of Office 365 and all related applications

  • Turnkey administration and testing of data protection and disaster recovery systems for servers and infrastructure (Barracuda, etc.)

  • Administration and oversight of cloud/VoIP communication systems (Ring Central)

  • Mobility and Mobile Device Management (MDM) (Meraki, etc.)

  • Management and oversight of broadband, telephony and CATV service providers

  • Technical administration and oversight of digital signage platform

  • Technical administration of IP-based camera systems (Meraki)


  • Desktop Operating Systems including Windows version 7 and above.  Rudimentary knowledge of Linux (Fedora) would be beneficial, but not required.

  • Mobile Operating Systems including iOS, Windows Embedded and Android

  • Microsoft SQL

  • Physical network topology

  • Working knowledge of various Point of Sale Hardware would be beneficial


  • 4+ years’ experience supporting Enterprise IT infrastructure, service delivery and operations. 

  • Windows Server and/or other relevant certifications are highly desirable, but not required.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects as well as IT Service Providers/Partners.

  • Restaurant, retail or hospitality IT experience would be ideal
