We do Scanning with Flatbed scanners to provide high resolution, faster scanning. The process of scanning document/microfilm/microfiche and converting them to digital images that are then stored to your computers hard disk, network server, Internet FTP site, CD, or DVD.
There are two components involved in the process: One is document scanning using a good quality scanner to scan the desired document page and store it in computer and then the imaging component makes it easy to view scanned documents on the screen, rearrange multi-page documents, select and manipulate recognized text, annotate scanned documents and online faxes, and send documents to others by e-mail or fax.
We offer Document Indexing services for various Document Management Systems (DMS). We offer Keyword, Metadata & Description identification Services for efficient indexing and retrieval of documents.
Our document/microfilm/microfiche scanning team provides services to support large scale document/microfiche/microfilm conversion projects that require quick turnarounds and high quality deliverables. We are equipped with the latest high speed scanning equipment and our scanning services are probably one of the lowest cost services you will ever find. We are capable of scanning books & paper larger than A3 Size (11.8 X 18.7") (300 X 475 mm).
